Getting to Danang
Danang is best reached via flying to Danang International Airport (DAD).
Ground Transportation
Quantum will arrange for you to be met by a ground transportation representative at the exit from baggage claim (ie once you reach the public area).
The Novotel Danang Premier Han Rivers is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport under normal traffic conditions.

Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
Please fly into Danang (DAD).
When Should I Arrive?
Quantum partners should arrive on Wednesday, 27 May. There will be a welcome reception at 17:30 (see AGENDA Tab for more details)
What Costs Will Quantum Cover?
Quantum is honored to cover the cost of your attendance, specifically:

What Will I Be Required to Pay For?
Expenses such as transportation to/from Danang, minibar, other meals, etc.
What Is the Dress Code?
The dress code will be business casual. Please bring a sweater/jacket in case the meeting rooms are cold.
Can I Pass This Invitation to a Colleague?
This invitation is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend or would like to suggest an additional colleague attend with you please contact your local Quantum sales or marketing team for consideration.
Can I Bring a Guest?
As this is a private business event, guests are not invited. Should you bring a guest, the Novotel Danang Premier Han River will require you to top-up the room cost (approximately USD30/night) and that guest will not be able to attend any of the Quantum functions or activities.
Do I Need to Make my Own Hotel Reservation?
No. The information you enter for registration will also be used to secure your hotel accommodations. You will receive a confirmation as we get closer to the meeting.
Can I Arrive Early or Stay Later?
If you would like to arrive early or stay later at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River please indicate it on the registration form. The Novotel Danang Premier Han River will charge you approximately USD125/night (net, single occupancy; USD155 net, double occupancy).
Does the Hotel Offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is included in your room rate.
What Meals Are Included During the Event?
Your room rate includes an international buffet breakfast. From the Wednesday welcome reception through Thursday evening group meals will be arranged for you.
