Airfare
Please book your own flight to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) in accordance with Quantum travel policy.
International Colleagues, please make sure that your passport is valid and does not expire until November 2020.
Ground Transportation
Hotel Monteleone is a 30 minute drive from the airport. There is no hotel shuttle so please use Uber, Lyft, or Taxi to get to the hotel and to return to the airport on the 1st of May.
You will not need a rental car. Rental cars and parking will not be reimbursed.

A room will be booked for you at the Hotel Monteleone with the dates you use to register. Please do not call the hotel directly to book a room. Room and tax will go to a master bill. A credit card will be required upon check-in for incidentals.

The closest airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
When Should I Arrive?
Please arrive on Monday, April 27 by 5pm.
Should I get a rental car?
You will not need a rental car, and Quantum will not be reimburse any rental car expense.
Can I get a copy of the agenda?
A high level agenda is above. A detailed agenda will be provided upon arrival.
What Costs Will Quantum Cover?
Quantum will cover all costs related to room, tax, provided meals, and event-related activities.
What Will I Be Required to Pay For?
You will be required to pay for any incidentals.
What Is the Dress Code?
The dress code will be business casual. Please bring a sweater/jacket in case the meeting rooms are cold. All evening activities will be outside (weather permitting). The awards dinner on Thursday night will be semi-formal (nice jacket and pants - dressier than business casual but not an evening gown or tuxedo).
Can I Pass This Invitation to a Colleague?
This invitation is non-transferable. If someone feels they should attend, please have them speak to their manager.
Can I Bring a Guest?
This is a Quantum Sales Meeting and only Quantum employees are invited. Should you bring a guest, that person will not be permitted to attend any of the Quantum functions, meals, or activities.
Do I Need to Make my Own Hotel Reservation?
No. The information you enter for registration will also be used to secure your hotel accommodations. You will receive a confirmation email one week prior to the meeting.
Can I Arrive Early or Stay Later?
If you would like to arrive early or stay later at The Hotel Monteleone, please indicate it on the registration form. The nightly rate for extra days will be approximately $399/night ++ USD.
Does the Hotel Offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is included in your room rate.
What Meals Are Included During the Event?
All meals will be included beginning with dinner on Monday, April 27 and ending with dinner on Thursday, April 30.
How Will I Get to the Hotel?
Please use Uber, Lyft, or Taxi to make the 30-60 minute drive to the hotel.
How should I expense my airfare?
When submitting expense reports through Oracle iExpense for your airfare you must select "TRAVEL – Airfare – Sales Kick Off Meeting Only" from the Expense Type drop down menu in order to be reimbursed.
Why is it $399/night if I come in early or stay late?
The weekends before and after SKO are New Orleans Jazz Fest and the entire town will be filled to capacity therefore hotel rates skyrocket. We have a great corporate rate for the weekdays, but that rate does not extend to the weekends.
