Quantum Q-Cloud Protect for AWS Support
Quantum Q-Cloud Protect for AWS support is incorporated into the agreement the customer makes with Amazon. Support for the Quantum environment in the AWS Cloud operation is provided to the customer by Quantum with Quantum being the first point of contact. Support is available during normal business hours five days per week (5x9).
Quantum offers AWS implementation assistance to Quantum accounts, aiding them in setting up their AWS account and network and in the navigation of AWS terminology, acronyms and payment structure. Learn more
