  • If you do not have Software Maintenance Contract, then you must order a Software Maintenance Contract first.

Product Information
 You can find the serial number on the Serial Number sticker attached to the box that the product shipped with. You can also find it in the "About Help" attached to the Help button of the StorNext File System Administrator User Interface.
