Simply log on to StorageCare® Learning to enroll and sign up for an account. Once your account has been activated you will be able to view all available StorageCare Learning Courses, register for courses, view a personalized training calendar, take online courses, view transcripts, and print completed course certificates.
Quantum's StorageCare Learning Team offers a full range of online and hands-on courses tailored for every skill level. The depth of offerings ranges from product and operational training that will build the skill level and productivity of your team to customized training that will help your team understand how the Quantum solutions fit into your overall workflow. From orienting your newest team members to deepening the expertise of your most senior team members, your entire organization will benefit from increased confidence and understanding of how to deliver the best service and benefit.
Classroom training courses take place in Denver, Colorado and Munich, Germany. Courses may also be customized and delivered on customer premise to meet the needs of your organization as well.

Quantum training courses are non-refundable. Registered attendees are permitted to cancel or reschedule a course prior to 14 days of the date of the course and will receive a 100% credit for the class fee paid toward another course. Registered attendees who cancel 14 calendar days or less prior to the start date will be charged 100% of the class fee.
Quantum reserves the right to cancel a training course up to 2 days prior to the day of the course. Course cancellation notices shall be sent to the registered email address. For classes cancelled by Quantum fewer than 2 calendar days prior to the official class start date, Quantum will refund 100% of non-refundable airline travel expenses incurred by the attendee, provided original receipts are submitted to Quantum. Registered attendees who are notified by Quantum that a scheduled course has been cancelled by Quantum will receive a 100% credit equivalent to the class fees paid. Quantum is not liable for any travel expenses incurred by the student e.g. transportation, hotel, or other travel related expenses, for classes cancelled more 2 calendar days prior to the official class start date.
