You can access online, self-paced courses at no cost and without logging into StorageCare® Learning. All you need is a valid product serial number. Use the following links to access on-demand training and learn how to set up or operate your new Quantum product:

Quantum's StorageCare Learning Team offers a full range of online and hands-on courses tailored for every skill level. The depth of offerings spans product and operational training that will build the skill level and productivity of your team to customized training that will help you understand how Quantum solutions fit into your overall workflow.
Service Partners should log on to StorageCare Learning to sign up for an account. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to view all available StorageCare Learning Courses, register for courses, view a personalized training calendar, take online courses, view transcripts, and print completed course certificates.
Instructor-led training courses take place in Denver, Colorado and Munich, Germany. Courses may also be customized and delivered on-premise to meet the needs of your organization as well.

To achieve this, they must have a deep understanding of their products and overall solution. For this reason, we provide training courses to enable every user to get the full benefit of their Quantum Solution.
The Training Cancellation Policy varies based on the type of training, as described below.
Instructor-Led In-Person Training Cancellation Policy
Instructor-Led In-Person training is any training offered at a Quantum location, or at another location set up by Quantum.
Cancellation Requests Initiated by Customer
All requests for cancellations of Instructor-Led In-Person training must be received in writing (e-mail) at least 10 business days before the date the training is scheduled to begin.
If a request for cancellation is received fewer than 10 business days before the scheduled start of training, Quantum will make reasonable attempts to fill the allotted training seats/session with other customers. If Quantum does not fill the seats/session, the customer will be charged for the cancelled session.
Cancellation Requests Initiated by Quantum
Quantum reserves the right to cancel any In-Person training class due to lack of registrations, by giving notice (via e-mail) at least 10 business days before the scheduled class start date. Optional class dates will be provided at the time of cancellation, and Quantum shall have no liability to the customer other than to refund any pre-paid fees.
Onsite Training Cancellation Policy
Onsite training is any training that is performed at a customer’s site.
All requests for cancellations of Onsite training must be received in writing (e-mail) at least 10 business days before the date the training is scheduled to begin.
If a request for cancellation is received fewer than 10 business days before the scheduled start of training, the customer will be charged for the cancelled session, and for non-refundable travel charges incurred by Quantum.
Quantum shall not be liable for cancellation of Onsite training due to force majeure, or other circumstances that make travel to the customer site impossible due to security reasons, or other commercially unfeasible circumstances out of Quantum’s control.
Instructor-Led Virtual Training Cancellation Policy
Instructor-Led virtual training is any training that is hosted remotely.
Requests Initiated by Customer
All requests for cancellations of instructor-led virtual training must be received in writing (e-mail) at least 5 business days before the time the training is scheduled to begin.
If a request for cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the scheduled start of training, Quantum will make reasonable attempts to fill the allotted training seats/session with other customers. If Quantum does not fill the seats/session, the customer will be charged for the cancelled session.
