Quantum offers a 3-year warranty for Quantum Branded GoVault data cartridges.

Are You Covered?
Quantum Corporation ("Quantum") warrants, subject to the limitations set forth below, that this Quantum GoVault hard disk cartridge product (the "Product") is free from defects in material and manufacture at the time of purchase.

If any defect in material or manufacture appears within the warranty period, Quantum's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy is, at Quantum's sole option, for Quantum to: (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product or (c) refund to you the purchase price of the Product, provided that the Product is returned to Quantum with proof of purchase such as a purchase order, invoice, or sales receipt.

This warranty does not apply to the failure of the Product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling. The warranty is void if the product has been disassembled or tampered with in any way.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER RIGHTS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

QUANTUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TORT OR CONTRACT) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR LOST DATA, IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PRODUCT.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

NOTE: All data on customer cartridges returned to Quantum are destroyed to maintain confidentially of customer recorded data.
