  • If you do not have Software Maintenance Contract, then you must order a Software Maintenance Contract first.
  • If you don't know whether you have a Software Maintenance Contract, contact Service and Support. Please have your product serial number available.

 You can find the serial number on the Serial Number sticker attached to the box that the product shipped with. You can also find it in the "About Help" attached to the Help button of the VolServ Administrator User Interface.
