5x9 telephone response—This option provides telephone support Monday through Friday (5 days a week), during local business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm). Customers may log a support request at any time, but troubleshooting activities will take place during this time frame.

Gold Software Support Plan:

7x24 telephone response—This option provides telephone support Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Customers may call and receive assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
