- Design:
- Our Pre-sales System Engineer’s work with you to select the appropriate technologies and SAN configuration based on your specific requirements and objectives.
- Plan:
- A Statement of Work (“SOW”) details the skilled resources, scope of work and timeline for installation. Your installation coordinator or project manager will also schedule and manage the delivery of all QUANTUM hardware or software included in your solution.
- Installation:
- Our certified engineers install your QUANTUM hardware or software, then confirm that it is integrated and interoperating with your storage network.
- Post-Installation Review:
- Once your solution is operational, our System Integration Servicesteam ensures that you are prepared to manage its operation by providing your users with a system overview as well as introducing your team to our online support documentation and maintenance procedures.
- Ongoing Support and Service:
- QUANTUM provides single-call or online request for support for all of your QUANTUM products via QUANTUM’s Technical Assistance Center (QTAC). QTAC is available up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, connecting you with a product expert for troubleshooting your environment and developing an action plan to resolve the issue. We also provide on-site service according to the terms of your QUANTUM hardware support plan.
