Standalone Tape Drives: Support and Service
 

Quantum provides world-class warranty and post-warranty return to factory repair for standalone tape drives¹.Quantum provides the customer with Rapid Exchange of a replacement drive prior to the receipt of the defective drive by Quantum after having met particular terms mutually agreed to by both Quantum and the customer.

  1. The warranty terms and conditions for DLT, LTO, and DAT/DDS tape drives sold as a standalone unit. Quantum tape drives purchased with or for autoloaders and tape libraries carry the warranty terms and conditions for the automated product.
