How do I access StorageCare Learning Help?

How long does it take to receive my new user account information?
A customer service representative will respond to your request by the end of the next (U.S.) business day.

I forgot my Username and Password; can you send me my login credentials?
Yes, our automated system allows you to go to the StorageCare Learning Login Page and click on the 'Forgot your password? Click here' link. If you need your username or experience other problems, please email LearningAdmin@quantum.com with your name, the time you tried to reset the credentials, and we will work the issue on the next (U.S.) business day.

Is there a way to tell how the old course numbers correspond to the new course numbers?
Yes. Open the Course_Conversion_Matrix (PDF).

How can I find a schedule of classroom courses available from Quantum?
Refer to the Scheduled Classroom Activities document . If you need information on a course NOT listed or want to ask about contracting for other dates, please contact LearningAdmin@quantum.com

When I click the ‘Start’ button to launch a course nothing happens. Why can’t I see the course?

Every online course starts in a new browser window or tab. If you are using IE 7.0 or Firefox browsers to view online courses, the course may open in a new tab. With any browser, the added window or tab will only open if popup blockers are disabled or you have granted permission for our domain.

If popup blockers are disabled and you still cannot see the course, email the Learning Administrator or call +1 720-249-5888. Be ready to tell us what browser you are using and what, if anything, happens when you start the course.

How many times can I attempt a course assessment for Online Courses?
Five times. Whenever you click the Submit Assessment button, it counts as an attempt.

Do you provide certificates of completion (diplomas) for your courses?
After users have successfully taken and passed a course assessment Certificates are available. If your account is enabled you can use instructions in the Quick Start Guide for Learners for instructions on how to download and print certificates. If you can no longer log on you can request a Certificate by sending an email to LearningAdmin@quantum.com with your name and request.

NOTE: Certificates are not provided for free training.

What is the difference between an ILT course and an ILT class?
ILT (instructor-led training) indicates training takes place in a classroom. A course is the subject being taught while a class is an event that takes place at a specific place and time. For example: Course DXi3500/5500 Field Service (#2-0400 Classroom) Class Englewood, Colorado, USA – May 14, 2008 .

Will I receive credit for my past training records and courses?
If you would like to receive credit for past training records and courses from Quantum Learning send an email to LearningAdmin@quantum.com. Once your records have been successfully transferred, you will be able to view the courses that have been marked as complete by going to Learn > Training Schedule > Completed Activities.

I've taken and passed the exam for an online course, but don't see the course on my transcript. What do I do?
You probably missed viewing part of the course. On the Training Schedule, see if the course still shows “In progress” in the Status column. If it does, click on the Start button to open the course again. Select the Progress icon Progress Icon. On the new Progress screen, click the word Progress. Check the Completion column for incomplete lessons. If not complete, click on a module and finish viewing the incomplete lessons. Once you view the lessons in each module, the course will show as completed on the Training Schedule and the Training Transcript. If it is not, contact LearningAdmin@quantum.com for assistance.
