How do I get into the application?

You should be able to launch the application from http://www.quantum.com/ServiceandSupport/StorageCareLearning/Index.aspx or any of the usual links on Quantum’s web pages. It is quite likely that any browser bookmarks you set will need to be updated. For those inside the Quantum domain, the single sign on routine will work the same as it has..

What is my Username and password?

Please use the same User Name as you had in the prior system. Because our vendor’s system has passwords encrypted, prior passwords will need to be changed. The initial password will be QuantumLearning (passwords are case sensitive).

Once in, you can click Profile in the upper right of the screen, then on the button to Change Password. Use QuantumLearning in the Old password box, and your choice of password in the boxes for New password and Verify password, and click OK.

What is the same?

  • Your existing account and its relationships to Quantum’s managers or learning approvers have been re-created.
  • The courses from our prior version, including the course codes, were copied in.
  • The learning records from the previous version have been brought over. Your prior courses should show in the new version, reflecting the correct status of passed, completed, in process, or registered.

What has changed?

I've taken and passed the exam for an online course, but don't see the course on my transcript. What do I do?

You probably missed viewing part of the course. On the Training Schedule, see if the course still shows “In progress” in the Status column. If it does, click on the Start button to open the course again. Select the Progress icon Progress Icon. On the new Progress screen, click the word Progress. Check the Completion column for incomplete lessons. If not complete, click on a module and finish viewing the incomplete lessons. Once you view the lessons in each module, the course will show as completed on the Training Schedule and the Training Transcript. If it is not, contact LearningAdmin@quantum.com for assistance.
