Certification FAQ's

Certifications are available only on a per-family basis, not for individual products. Courses in the following disciplines are required for all product familes:

• Soft-skills
  • Not required for operator certification
• Process
  • Course 2001, 2003, 2005, & 2006
• Technology
  • Course 4002
• Product
  • See the following table

Example: certification for L-Series (ValueLoader, SuperLoader, & SuperLoader 3) would require taking courses 1005, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2107, 4002, & 9001.
