Through Quantum StorageCare™ Services, a one-year Rapid Exchange warranty is included with the purchase of each DAT autoloader. Under the Rapid Exchange program, Quantum will ship a replacement product or part to the customer’s site before the defective product or part is returned to Quantum. The replacement product or part will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, excluding Quantum or country holidays) after the request. The Rapid Exchange warranty also entitles the customer to hardware telephone support and access to the Online Service Request application.
