Rick Belluzzo, chairman and chief executive officer of Quantum, joined the company in September 2002 and is responsible for its overall business strategy and direction. Since Belluzzo came to Quantum, the company has taken a number of steps to enhance its leadership in backup, recovery and archive, strengthen its underlying foundation and provide long-term value to customers and shareholders. These steps include making three acquisitions, launching a wide range of innovative new products, creating greater operational efficiencies, improving Quantum's balance sheet, and reducing costs. Before joining Quantum, Belluzzo was president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corp. During his tenure at Microsoft, he also served as group vice president of the Personal Services and Devices Group and group vice president for the Consumer Group. Prior to Microsoft, Belluzzo was chief executive officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. Before his tenure at SGI, Belluzzo was executive vice president of the computer organization at Hewlett-Packard Co. In total, he was at HP for 23 years and held numerous positions in finance and marketing during that time. Belluzzo also serves on the board of PMC-Sierra and JDS Uniphase as well as the board of trustees for Golden Gate University.

Barbara Barrett, vice president, human resources, joined Quantum in 1999. Prior to assuming her current role, Barrett served as vice president of human resources for Quantum’s DLTtape business. She has an extensive HR background that includes both public and private sector experience. Before joining Quantum, Barrett held leadership positions in the telecommunications and utilities industries, among others, providing services in a variety of HR functions, including compensation, training, HR consulting and organizational development.

| Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Service
Bill Britts became executive vice president, sales, marketing and service in August 2006, upon Quantum’s acquisition of Advanced Digital Information Corp. (ADIC). Before joining Quantum, Britts was the co-executive vice president, products, sales and service at ADIC. In his 12 years at ADIC, he held numerous leadership positions such as executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, vice president of sales and marketing and director of marketing. Prior to ADIC, Britts held a number of marketing and sales positions at Raychem Corp. and its subsidiary, Elo TouchSystems.

| Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jon Gacek joined Quantum as executive vice president and chief financial officer in August 2006, upon Quantum’s acquisition of Advanced Digital Information Corp. (ADIC). Previously, he served as the chief financial officer at ADIC from 1999 to 2006 and also led Operations during his last two years there. Prior to ADIC, Gacek was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and led the Technology Practice in the firm's Seattle office. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he assisted several private equity investment firms with a number of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other transactions. Gacek serves on the board of directors for Loud Technologies, Inc. and HouseValues, Inc.

| | Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Shawn Hall joined the company in 1999 as corporate counsel and assumed the role of vice president, general counsel and secretary in 2001. Prior to Quantum, Hall worked at the law firms of Skadden, Arps and Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he practiced in the areas of mergers/acquisitions and corporate finance, representing numerous public and private technology companies.

| | Senior Vice President, Engineering
Jerry Lopatin joined Quantum as senior vice president, engineering in March 2008. Before Quantum, Lopatin was senior vice president, engineering, operations and customer support and a member of the executive team at ONStor. He also spent six years at Network Appliance, serving as senior vice president, worldwide engineering and, before that, general manager of the company’s NearStore business unit. Prior to Network Appliance, Lopatin held leadership positions at Iomega, Samsung Electronics, Seagate and Komag and spent the first nine years of his career at IBM. He is the inventor on two issued patents, with two other patent applications pending, and has several published inventions.
